RiskTech does not execute trades, modify trading systems, or directly control broker infrastructure. All decisions based on the analytics provided by the platform remain the responsibility of the client.

7. Fees and Subscriptions

Unless otherwise agreed:

• Fees are billed in advance.
• Payments are non-refundable.
• Failure to pay may result in service suspension.

Clients receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the platform for internal business purposes. You may not copy the software, reverse engineer the system, resell the platform, or replicate the analytics models without written permission.

11. Platform Availability

We aim to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Services may be affected by maintenance, infrastructure outages, third-party system failures, or security incidents. We are not liable for losses caused by temporary service disruptions.

RiskTech provides data analytics and informational insights only. The platform does not provide financial advice, trading advice, or regulatory advice.

Analytics generated by the platform are indicators only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for operational or financial decisions.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WEB TECHNOLOGIES LTD shall not be liable for trading losses, missed risk indicators, incorrect analytics results, business interruption, or indirect or consequential damages.

Total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the service in the previous 12 months.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if:

• These Terms are violated
• Payment obligations are not met
• The platform is used unlawfully

Clients may terminate their subscription in accordance with their service agreement. Upon termination, access to the platform will be revoked.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be published on our website. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Governing Law
